  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards/ debit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners Card and Discover.
  • Can I place an order anytime?
    Yes. You can place an order on our website 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week, no matter which part of the world you live in.
  • Can I change my order after I place it?
    We start processing orders around the clock as they come in. We utilize different processing/ fulfillment warehouses around the world. If you contact us within the hour of placing the order, then we can most likley change it if it is if during our business hours. However, there are no guarantees that we will be able to make any changes. If a change request comes in after the initial hour of placement then we will be unable to make any changes.
  • Does Pretty Mess Hair offer financing options?
    Since we just launched, we do not currently offer consumer financing. However, this is a feature that we will be offering in the very near future.
  • Do you charge for shipping?
    No. We provide FREE SHIPPING on all orders. Our global shipping partner is DHL International Express for all orders directly to your destination address.
  • What shipping service do you use?
    We utilize DHL International Express. All tracking numbers can be tracked easily by clicking on the tracking number or the link in your email notification from Pretty Mess Hair. It can also be tracked by copying your tracking number and pasting it on the DHL website, under "tracking".
  • When will I receive my order(s)?
    North American, European and Australian customers can expect to receive their shipments 2 weeks from the time of order. Orders are processed in the order that they are received.
  • Do you ship to my country?
    Yes! We ship worldwide. Due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, customs clearances and transit times may experience small delays. Please follow the shipping status by using the tracking number supplied in your shipping notification email from Pretty Mess Hair. Pretty Mess Hair cannot be held responsible for transit times, custom clearance delays, damaged or lost shipments. These instances are extremely rare, but can happen.
  • How do I take care of my Pretty Mess Hair?
    Great question! Since all of our hair extension products are 100% real human hair, you should follow our hair care instructions that are supplied inside each shipment. The care instructions can also be found on our webiste under "Hair Care".
  • Do I get charged for sales tax/ VAT?
    We do not collect sales tax or VAT for any customer order, with one exception; we must by law, collect sales tax for Florida residents only. If you have any order(s) shipped to a Florida state address, the shopping cart will automatically apply the current state sales tax.
